{Safeco Field in Seattle, WA}

Last weekend, my husband and I went to Seattle to watch the Mariners play baseball!
They won and it was a perfect night in Seattle!! You could see the moon above Safeco Field and the place was so alive with screaming, cheering baseball fans! I loved every moment of it …
(Especially the 7th inning stretch and singing "Take me out to the ball game"!)

Cheers to baseball and America!
:)

No, I didn’t have a hotdog or a heaping plate of garlic fries – I ended up with a big cup of Ivar’s clam chowder (pure heaven) and a huge glass of lemonade – yummy!

Lucky you! I'm sending my son and hubby to a Red Sox game for their birthdays. I wish I could go because I haven't been to a baseball game in ages, but someone has to stay home and watch the little ones! By the way, you'll have to try clam chowder someday in New England. It's the best!

Looks like you had good weather. Seattle is so beautiful when it is not raining. I'm glad you got to have a special weekend with your special guy.

Hi Wendy - I was reading old posts of mine and old comments and found yours!! (From September, the cotton post when we lived in OK)

Sounds like you had such an enjoyable time in Seattle! My whole family are Mariners fans (partly b/c they live there, but hey!). That Clam Chowder sounds good!

Jayci, Hi! Good to hear from you. I remember you (from OK days and the cotton photo)!! From what I can tell, you've moved to Aslaska??! Welcome to the Moments lineup :) You'll have to grab a cup of Ivar's chowder the next time you're in Seattle (so good).
