Gentle Thoughts ...

What type of thoughts do you have running around in your mind? Are your thoughts negative, positive, angry, confused, unorganized or sad? Are your thoughts gentle?
I read something today that made sense and I thought it would be a good ‘thinking tip’ to pass along.

It comes from Richard Carlson, Ph.D. -

Gentle thoughts are those that reinforce the beauty of life and the privilege of being here. They range from thoughts of love and peace to those of forgiveness and generosity. They often include a hint of gratitude.
His definition of gentle thoughts made me smile (from ear to ear.)
