TOP 3 Reasons to make YOU a priority!

Hi ... That's me - on my way out for a bike ride! :)

FACTS -
A day is 24 hours. An hour is 60 minutes. There are 60 seconds in a minute. Tick tock… Tick tock – Hear that? Time is marching on!

I find it absolutely amazing how much we can fit into a day, an hour and even a minute! When was the last time you did something JUST FOR YOURSELF?! Today: Create 5 minutes (or more) just for YOU! Choose something you love to do and do it!

TOP 3 Reasons to make YOU a priority -

1. You’ll discover or rediscover the inner greatness of you.
Sometimes we lose that when we get too busy.
2. You’ll be rejuvenated by the time you had just for you.
Energy will flow through you as you make yourself a priority!
3. You’ll prioritize your time differently as you will realize the importance
of having time to do the things that matter to you.

Added bonus: The people around you will notice the skip/hop in your step because of who you are becoming just by making yourself a priority!

Take FIVE and enjoy being ALIVE!

PS: I posted two items today: See my 'FIVE Minutes of blogger FUN' below ....

Great post. I fully agree! And the women of the world should all read this and be happier just because of it!

Hum...I love this. I'm going to take a few minutes to myself and close my eyes. Owen was up quite a bit last night and we had joy school at our house this morning....zzzzzzzzzzzzzz, sorry, I fell to sleep mid conversation. Love you.

So true! I've finally taken some initiative to do something for me instead of "unwind and veg." after the kids go to bed. And it's been wonderful! I actually finished one of my many unfinished projects and I feel great! Kudos to the little time we can focus on ourselves and the things that will make us happier and energized.
