A Bicycle Thing ...I absolutely love antique shops! I can get lost in them for hours (sometimes I do). I often wish the items could talk and tell us their stories. Can you imagine what the above bike would say?

Someday, I hope to have an old antique bike and I’ll make sure to put a license plate on it! I wonder if there was a law in the 40’s requiring owners to license their bicycles. I tried to Google it but couldn’t find any specifics on that one. If you know anything about the olden 'bike days' and licenses for bicycles – please let me know.
